This kit is a way of using DIVERSITY, as a tool for creating and building a unified community, with an atmosphere of mutual respect and appreciation. Using several components, it offers a systematic way to teach a student body the benefits of working together through the curriculum - "Let It S.T.A.R.T. with Me". If the school has a blend of cultures or ethnicities or is predominantly only one ethnicity, this kit will help show the students the mosaic that is America in the 21st century, through it's video program - "In Our America: Together for a Change".
